OpenClaw runs on your hardware. After setup is complete:
- We do not have access to your OpenClaw instance
- We do not collect or store your AI conversations
- We do not retain access to your credentials (you should change them after setup)
- We do not install monitoring or tracking software
3. Third-Party Services
OpenClaw connects to various third-party services based on your configuration:
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.): Your prompts are sent to these services for processing
- Messaging services (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.): If you connect them
- Productivity services (Gmail, Calendar, etc.): If you integrate them
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them before connecting to OpenClaw.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide setup and support services
- Communicate with you about your setup
- Improve our services
- Send occasional updates (you can opt out)
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact information and service records for as long as needed to provide support and for legal/business purposes. Setup credentials are not retained after your session is complete.
