- Workflow information: Technical details, criteria, example records, and tool access needed to scope or configure your workflow
- Payment information: Processed by our payment provider (we do not store card details)
2. What We Do Not Collect
OpenClaw workflows can run on infrastructure you control or authorize. After handoff:
- We do not keep access to your OpenClaw instance unless you explicitly retain us for ongoing support
- We do not collect or store your AI conversations
- We do not retain access to your credentials after handoff unless ongoing access is explicitly agreed
- We do not install monitoring or tracking software
3. Third-Party Services
OpenClaw workflows may connect to third-party services based on your configuration:
- AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.): Your prompts are sent to these services for processing
- Investor and workflow tools (deal platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, browser automation, APIs): If you connect them
- Messaging and productivity services (email, calendar, Slack, Telegram, etc.): If you integrate them
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them before connecting to OpenClaw.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide workflow design, build, handoff, and support services
- Communicate with you about your setup, support, or workflow
- Improve our services
- Send occasional updates (you can opt out)
5. Data Retention
We retain your contact information and service records for as long as needed to provide support and for legal/business purposes. Credentials are not retained after handoff unless ongoing access is explicitly agreed.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
